Winner of a $1,500 grant
Capper Foundation/Capper Trail is an inclusive garden for children and adults with disabilities, their families, caregivers, staff, and the community. It features accessible vegetable plots, a walking trail, and relaxation areas accessible to people with all abilities. Capper Trail integrates therapeutic gardening, allowing the adults we serve and staff to actively participate in planting, tending, and harvesting and maintaining trail accessibility.
