Get ready to enjoy PlantHaven International’s Signature Drinks, each one crafted specifically for one of their signature plants. Which captivating cocktail are you going to try first?

“BODACIOUS” GIN POPS 

“BODACIOUS” GIN POPS
  • 1/2 cup Indigo Gin
  • 1.5 oz. Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 0.25 tsp. Lavender Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Lavender Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Blueberry Juice
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

Instructions: Whisk all ingredients but blueberries in a small bowl. Add the mixture to a blender, along with frozen blueberries. Pulse or blend on low for 5 seconds – just enough to mix it all together and break up the blueberries. Pour the mixture into a silicone popsicle mold, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for 6-8 hours.

NAKED & FAMOUS “VIBE”

  • 0.75 oz. Del Maguay Chichicapa Mexcal
  • 0.75 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.75 oz. Aperol
  • 0.75 oz. Lime Juice

Instructions: Shake ingredients over ice vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold. Double strain into a coupe glass.

STRAWBERRY NEGRONI “AMERICAN PIE”

  • 1 oz. St. George Botanivore Gin
  • 1 ox. Strawberry Infused Campari
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange Peel Garnish

Instructions: Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with a few strawberry slices and an orange peel.

Hands down, you won’t find a bigger, bolder flower on a perennial dianthus anywhere! AMERICAN PIE varieties are known for their massive flower size, exceptional heat resistance, and perennial durability in the garden. This new variety, Cherry Pie, does not disappoint with its oversized, ruby-red flowers commanding attention in the garden.

The ‘ESCENTIAL’ RASPBERRY LEMON DROP

— 2.0 oz Citron Vodka
— 0.5 oz house lemon syrup
— 0.5 oz fresh lemon
— 0.5 oz Chambord

Instructions: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add the first three Ingredients. Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe glass. Pour the layer of Chambord over the back of a spoon and allow it to sink.

— 2.0 oz Hendricks
— Muddled Mulberry
— Mulberry Bitters
— Fever Tree Tonic
— 2.0 oz Hendricks
— Lemon Twist

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, add the first four ingredients. Muddle the mulberry. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass with ice. Add tonic water and garnish with a lemon twist.
